THE SUMMER ARTS CAMP IS FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-12 YEARS AND IS A HALF-DAY/WHOLE DAY PROGRAM.
CHILDREN MAY BE ENROLLED IN ANY COMBINATION OF DAYS AND WEEKS.

Each day of our camp is carefully staffed according to the number of children attending so that we have a safe student/teacher ratio. The following terms are crucial to the well-being of the camp, staff and children.

  • Tuition - 1/2 of the Tuition is due upon registration confirmation. The remaining Tuition is due by June 1st. There will be a fee of $35. added to late payments. Your child’s place cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. If you are enrolling on or after June 1st, the full tuition must be paid along with the registration fee.
  • Cancellation - Tuition will be refunded minus a $100. processing fee, if you withdraw, in writing, on or before June 1st. After June 1st, half the tuition minus a $50.00 processing fee will be refunded only if written notice is received two weeks prior to your child’s first day of attendance. There can be no refunds or credits if you cancel within 2 weeks before your 1st camp day.
  • Changes - All changes in your child’s schedule must be done in writing prior to June 1st. Changes can only be made if space permits.
  • Missed Days - After your child begins camp there will be no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed dates.
  • Additional Days/Hours - Camp days can be added to your schedule if space permits.
  • Note-All Children must be toilet trained and able to care for self in the restroom. No diapers.
  • There are no naptimes during camp. If your child needs a nap, please enroll for shorter hours.
  • All Camp Families will receive additional Required Camp Documents to complete for each child enrolled. No child can attend Camp without the required documents.
